This Xior student house has been a great place to live. It’s well-equipped, making day-to-day life comfortable and nice since the view of the city from the window is incredible. The location is very convenient, right in the city center of Delft, with excellent public transport connections that make it easy to get around. Overall, it’s the best choice for students looking for a well-connected, comfortable and safe place to stay.
I had a great experience with XIOR during my stay. The accommodation was well-maintained, and in a prime location. The staff, including the facility manager (Dinand) was always professional, responsive, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. I had a fantastic stay at Xior Barbarasteeg! Its proximity to the station and city center made everything super convenient. Dinand, our caretaker, was always accessible and quick to resolve any issues, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!
I had a lovely time staying at Xior Barbarasteeg. The caretaker, Dinand was always promote in answering and solving my queries. However I did feel that xiors service regarding the laundry issues was very slow, considering there were only a few dryers and washing for everyone in the building. This had cause inconveniences during my stay.
