I have been trying to get my mother's hygiene in order for years, but instead of cleaning, they hold meetings about it and pass the cleaning job on to others. The mat next to my mother to catch her when she wants to get out of bed and is unable to do so was again covered in diarrhea. If they had cleaned it right away it might have been a 5 minute job. I took pictures (again) and then an employee came in and instead of cleaning, she started arguing. For 15 minutes. Then it could have been cleaned 3 times already. And just tell them they don't have time. It's an unruly mess. It is that my mother needs the medical attention.
