I have never at a young age experience such a bad nursing home I mean you have a business office manager who shouldn't be in that position because she doesn't know what the hell she is doing second of all she has an attitude that needs to be adjusted she treated me with such disrespect the other day it was disgusting and I left her office crying because of it. Also you have a owner of this place who doesn't give a crap about the residents all he cares about is money. He never ever goes and asks the residents if there is anything wrong. Also you have residents that don't belong here some are bullies. I recommend you stay away from this facility period.

I'm sorry I'm a patient here and this place sucks to the bone they treat you like little kids they can't keep employees. They take advantage of you they take advantage of your income so when you are ready to leave you have no money to go anywhere. I recommend you stay away from this place. Also the business office manager yesterday treated me with such disrespect and made feel so uncomfortable in her office I couldn't talk about anything. I almost cried in the office that's how bad I felt. I basically cried when I left the office because all she cared about is money. Secondly the owner of this place doesn't care about residents he cares about money that is it. By far this is the worst rehab I ever been into I would never ever recommend this place to anyone in my family period. You have residents that treat aides with disrespect and they bully people and they shouldn't be here and yet they are. The business office manager should be fired. Secondly even though I'm the youngest one here I feel like I haven't accomplished anything in my recovery other than some walking but that's it. Also I want to mention that the ombudsman who's supposed to support us well she is a joke I don't trust her one bit for anything as well as the owner he is a joke of a owner who doesn't talk to the residents to find out if there is a problem. The business office manager is a joke to she needs to be fired asap. I can't believe they didn't fire the business office manager yet she needs to be fired asap she sucks at her job and she takes people money which is illegal.
Admissions was professional and caring . Dietary was extremely concerned about my family members preferences. Nurses and nursing assistants introduced themselves and were generally interested in our family members care. The atmosphere was a welcoming environment .
My mother in law is very well taken care of in this rehab. She loves all the caregivers, and this facility is very clean.
My aunt was in here for rehab for 3 weeks. The place was very clean and the staff was very professional! The new look of the building is wonderful.
