I am unhappy with the service my husband is not getting. On numerous occasions, one of us would push the help button and no one shows up after waiting 15 to 30 minutes when I would go to nursing station requesting help. This is not good service when family is putting out $9000. a month. You need to be more aware of the residents needs.

So disappointed! This use to be a good facility before this new company took over. Now the place is going downhill. The staff they do have is HORRIBLE ! Everybody walks around giving orders but no work is being done! The aides always work short ! They run the good ones away !
If you have loved ones that need assistance this is not the place for them. I had my loved one here and I visited every day. She didn’t feel well and they refused to allow her stay in her room. As you pass by, the nurses are on their phones. They don’t monitor them or help assist with food. This place would only maybe be okay if it was an independent living rehab center but it’s suppose to be skilled nursing rehab. I encourage you that you will not see improvement here and they don’t inform you or have a good rehab program. Please look elsewhere. My loved ones health is worse than before and had bruises on her too.
This place is horrible every time I visit my grandma she is soiled and whenever she tells the workers they ignore her and even told her it’s not time yet, someone stole her dentures out her mouth and no one knows what happened.. just recently the claim she fell out the bed a fractured her neck had a black eye and a huge lump on her head and still no info from the center, they say she fell but the nurse at the hospital says her injuries are not consistent with the story the gave… this place is filled with people who are only there for a check and they don’t care abt the residents I’m sick to my stomach with this place and the careless person that put my grandmother there… but a criminal investigation will happen and I will have the news station there to investigate them hopefully the close the place down everyone there is sickening to allow and treat the elderly so poorly.
Had an opportunity to visit this place. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you so much for the time and attention.
