This facility is thee worst, from the staff to the place itself. My family & I wasn’t pleased with the my grandmothers stay!! They serve food to your love ones that you wouldn’t even serve to your dog, the rooms was extremely cold the whole two weeks i visited my grandmother. When brought to their attention they gave us the run around. Along with the visitor’s bathroom TRIFLING! I wouldn’t recommend at all. 0/10

This place is trash, don’t let the lobby fill you into thinking it’s a nice facility! The plumbing was jacked up & it wasn’t any hot water, the heat was broke in some of the rooms. They served COLD food to the patients who couldn’t come out their rooms, housekeeping on work during the day, at night the staff has to go in a manhunt to find toilet paper. The staff has poor communication with the family members.. It’s only 1 bathroom for visitors to use.
We are satisfied, no place is like home and we understand sometimes you can be under staffed. The workers are to be commended for your hard work. THANKYOU STAFF…. Only 1 request. Respond to he calls faster when a patient needs help.
This is the best Skilled Nursing facility out there. I sent my mom there when she broke her hip and she loved it. From the therapy to the cleanliness of the building everything was great. My mom loved the food and all the nurses and CNAs I do not have any complaints. The administrator is so great I was able to go to him with any questions or issues and he was so helpful and understanding. He always tries extremely hard to make time and help anyone he can. I would most definitely recommend anyone who needs a skilled nursing facility to send their loved one to Wyndmoor Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! Thank you guys for everything you have done for our family!
I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving at Wyndmoor Hills. The doctor, nurses and aids are caring and check on her often. They always have something positive to say to her and encourage her to reply to all their questions.
