Visiting my Mom today, Sunday, I was a little disheartened by seeing the staff a lot of times on their phones. This is not the first time I have noticed on my visits. At noon meal, a staff person was on her phone at one of the tables. Food was served but no water or coffee poured, they had to ask. After taking my Mom for a walk and back to her room, a staff person was sitting in a lounge chair with her shoes off, feet on the chair and on her phone. It just seems very unprofessional. I hope at the next employee meeting there is discussion about phone use etc.

Went there once and saw cook not wearing a hairnet. Please have them wear hairnets so residents can actually eat without having to worry about hair in their food
The people at Woodstone are very caring and compassionate as well as professional.
Upper Management does not handle problems appropriately.
