My mother experience in 1st week was very hectic and overwhelming dealing with medications. Nurses are very good but are understaffed. Sometimes late on giving medecine. Especially in weekend it's harder. But its good overall.
If u could give a zero for how rude and unprofessional the person answering the phones is! She spoke to me very rudely with poor vocabulary. Please go back and listen to the calls 11:18am may 20th. I need a manager to reach out asap about her behavior and the type of behavior. She lies and told me her name was Monique and that she was the management team and I could not speak to anyone besides her. She is very condescending and DISRESPECTFUL!
Worst care ever!!! You would think for $11,000.00 a month and the fact that my mother in law has been a resident at Hillcrest for over 17 years they would at lease come help her when she calls them. They should be ashamed of themselves!
My sister has blossomed at this facility. It's a friendly, comfortable place in a beautiful location. They have all levels of care from independent to full nursing care, to memory unit to hospice.
