I live there and as much as I like most everything about the place, the price and the layout of the apartment and being close to work, there is a huge problem about smoking. At first you could smoke in your apartment, then they decided to transit to smoking outside and I really thought it was happening and tenants were respecting it, but it's not happening. I had lung cancer not long ago, so far I am all right but the last thing I need is someone smoking in the apartment under me and guess what...that's exactly what's happening, thanks a lot neighbor!!!

Management at this place is a ZERO .not only does this woman not do any work EXCEPT the minimal amount like collecting rent ,she treats those elderly people and their guests like dogs .she doesn't want the tenants there to look at her much less ask her for whatever they may need .She's actually disgusting !!!!!!to this 55 and older facility. My God I know yall can do better than that thing that calls herself Apartmant management .How do people sleep at night when they mistreat people all day long .EVERYDAY OUR seniors, also this building is eat up with black mold from flooding three times and management refuses to fix the problem.Someone has got to get her out of there and hire some new fresh young management that actually wants the job and respects the tenants not just there for a paycheck.I along with alot of the tenants are going to Richmond field office

Doesn't really seem to have someone in charge things happen like a flood and nobody tell you anything then want to use your electric to fix the problems. Not cool -5*****
