My experience at Woodmont Senior Living was truly exceptional, making me feel like coming home. I had the pleasure of speaking with the community representative, Jose’ Camargo, who was incredibly helpful. He immediately showed concern for my concerns and was understanding about my situation of trying to find a suitable place for my sister. Jose’ went above and beyond to assist me, and the residents were amazing. It’s a place where you would want your loved one to be. The staff was very friendly and wonderful. Woodmont Senior Living is truly a great place, as they say, there’s no place like home. I appreciate all the help Jose’ provided in placing my sister.

I came to Woodmont to visit my neighbor. Upon entering the building, residents and staff were laughing and enjoying themselves. The residents were happy and excited about an upcoming trip to the store. Inside, the faculty was smelled like pine and was decorated so nicely. All of the staff were happy and helpful. I was so happy to see smiling staff and residents at Woodmont!
Even though my father only lived at Pacifica for a very short time, I feel that his experience there was wonderful and his well being was certainly cared for. I know that he appreciated everyone there, from the dining staff, nursing staff and the fellow residents! Dad LOVED that good ole southern cooking! His room was always kept very clean and the staff made sure that Dad was escorted down to the dining room for every meal. When I would go to visit, we always enjoyed walking in the courtyard and always played a hand or two of cards in the Sunroom! In his last days, Sheronda and her nursing staff along with Hospice, made sure Dad was comfortable. Dad never met a stranger and was always happy to start a conversation with anyone. Thank you, Karen, for being that person! Thank you Ana for walking my sister and I through the process of getting Dad settled into his new home and Jo Beth for hooking up his TV and being so very kind to him. My Dad had lived with my husband and I for 5 1/2 yrs before coming to Pacifica and I felt very reassured and confident that my Dad was going to be in good hands, and he was!!!
My mom has been in the memory care area for 2.5 years. She has declined a lot physically due to the lack of activities. Lately, when I pick her up for appointments or a visit, she is unclean. Her account has been extremely mismanaged, and the management team speak in circles around each other while making excuses for the confusion. There has been no level of accountability for their errors. Due to our experience and so much more, my mom will be moving out. If you have never seen the movie “I CARE” … worth a watch. Keep your loved ones close, and a good eye on “private” paid help/care.
Looks new and people were friendly. Residents seemed like they were enjoying themselves. Staff answered questions honestly.
