My mom has unfortunately been in 4 nursing homes for therapy at different times over the last 10 years and this facility is, by far, the ABSOLUTE best in every single way. From the minute you walk in, it has a pleasant odor and as you go towards the back near the rooms, there is no bad smells like in other facilities. The staff, and I mean ALL of the staff have been so kind and attentive to my mom and her family. They make it a point to get to know the residents and their families and reassure them that everything is going to be ok. I normally can't sleep when my mom is gone in a rehab because I worry so much but at this place, I know she is getting the best care and I don't need to worry. The nurses take time and explain everything so patiently. They don't rush through the job and that is so refreshing. I can't say enough good things about The Woodlands, it's just amazing how this place is so very different than every other facility my mom has been in. The entire vibe is upbeat and personable. A special thanks to Custer LaRue and Tory for going above and beyond to take care of our mom and make us feel so re-assured about our mom.
We went to The Woodlands today to see my sister. She is in rehab there. The place was very clean and nice. My sister is in a room by herself. We are all praying that with physical therapy she will regain her strength and get back a quality of life.
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and diligently working with all patients. There is an impressive caring attitude present.
I had a very pleasant visit with my sister today. The facility was clean and was well staffed when I was there. I didn’t notice any unpleasant odors that I have noticed in other facilities.
