I'm a new tenant here at Reid Temple. I've only been here since January so far so good. Management has definitely made certain any and everything required was taken care of in a timely matter. The tenants are kind seem be very happy lots of activities to pick and choose from if interested. Management of course greets you with a smile ask is everything going okay. If you're seeking a place for adults only 62 and up. Beautiful apartments inside and out, a very clean and quite surrounding area. Than you should visit Reid Temple asap you'll be absolutely glad you did.

I am currently a resident of Woodlands at Reid Temple. This apartment complex is a hidden gem in Maryland generally and Prince Georges county specifically. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits into its demographic. The location is wonderful one mile to grocery stores in either direction. Thirty minutes to DC and Baltimore, which includes Reagan airport and BWI. The staff are accessible and responsive. They go above and beyond to provide access to activities for those who are interested in extracurricular functions. The apartments are far beyond what you would expect. I live on the second floor and the apartment is extremely quiet. If you are in the market I highly encourage you to drop by I am sure you will be impressed.
I moved in a few months after the complex was available. Love my apartment. The upkeep of the building is very well maintained. My maintenance request has been handled professionally and timely. The present management staff is very professional, welcoming and helpful with any concerns or questions you may have. My only complaint which is out of management control is the thin walls that allows an inconsiderate neighbor to disturb your peace.
I’ve lived here several years. This is a 252 unit complex. I like that the Reid Temple church have activities for tenants; washer/dryer in units is a plus but an intrusive smell (water) emanates from the area; car vandalism is on the rise here (very troubling); new tenants should be advised about the rules for trash disposal, because they move here and trash the trash-rooms as if they never heard of recycling; the main areas of the building are kept clean (thanks to the 2 amazing ladies who do an excellent job), and I think that’s what appealing to potential tenants; the emergency maintenance needs improvement - just don’t let an emergency happen near the weekend or after hours, because they have a shortage of maintenance staff (only 1), so you’re have to call 911. Woodland at Reid Temple apartments have a lot of potential but more work from the management team needs to be done.
I have been a tenant at the Woodland for four years and I am happy that I chose to live here. Nicely kept, very clean and professionally managed and maintained. The staff are very professional especially Ms Kianni who is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about apartment management.She is a great asset to the company
