Houses are aprox. 900 to 1200 sq feet ,2/1 around 350k. Golf, good place to eat, however, you got to be over 60. My mom loves it here.
Looks more rundown than last year. Went there for an estate sale and drove around the park. Definitely needs updates
My parents have lived at this park for over 16 years. My father recently passed away and my husband and I were in charge of their estate. Our appreciation for the managers, Ralph and Janice Sackett, is immense. They have gone out of their way to help us over this past month. My parents loved living here and now we know why. It is a wonderful place to live. Friendly people. Very safe. Wonderful staff to help with anything. Great pool and new exercise room.
