This is a locally owned company who cares for residents and family members. The owners know us on a first name basis and they often touch base to make sure that our needs are met. The owners and staff take the time to get to know each resident and respect them as a human being with value instead of just a number. The team at Woodbriar can be proud that their compassion, dignity, and uncompromising care creates an exceptional living experience for those who call it home.
My mother has resided in the Memory Care unit of Woodbriar for nearly 1 year. This facility has been a blessing to our family. We closely monitor the care received from all staff members and it is comforting knowing staff is attentive, trained and focused on compassionate care. Management (Admin to Nursing Supervisors) has always been fully supportive, willing to listen and provided guidance as we continue down this very tough journey of Alzheimer’s/Dementia care with Mom.
Stayed for 7 months because of broken arm and paralyzed hand. The staff was professional and courteous in helping with daily activities. Very thankful for choosing Woodbriar. I highly recommend it.
