We have been living here for 3 years now and feel very comfortable. Our house community is simply great and the apartments are very nice. 03/03/2025 Unfortunately, I have to fundamentally change my opinion about the quality of living. In the last 12 months our elevator has been Broken 3(!) times and not just for a few days, no, we were locked in our apartments for 4 or 8 weeks. This situation interests the administration (Lawyer Gall, Hude) apparently not at all. We are not informed and treated as if we were not even there. We consider this situation to be untenable, but we have hardly any means of changing it or mitigating it for ourselves. Publicity is pretty much our only weapon.

The facility is clean and the staff is very nice. In the morning we always do something with the seniors for about an hour. Unfortunately there is no more entertainment. Quiet location.
That coffee is open again after years. Too expensive for a retirement home! The cake was delicious, the coffee was much too strong and just tasted bitter. The service was very friendly. We will try it again at some point.
It's difficult for me to rate this place because I only ever go there "on a visit". Definitely nice employees, but - like everywhere in care - too few!! The room I know is actually too small for two people, especially if one of them is still dependent on a wheelchair.
