They organize the accommodations and so on. If they do their normal work, everything will work out. Rules and tasks are defined and clear. Last week, someone was sick, and they asked me if I could translate. Of course, I managed, but I didn't understand why they weren't allowed to do it. I used to go to the doctor's office, and the doctor's office was full. I'd been waiting for an hour. There were about 10 people there, whoever was still waiting? Ors needs to improve.
A very unprofessional company. I can't understand at all how the district governments give orders to such companies. I don't know what criteria they have, but as social workers the employees are very, very, very unqualified. (Some of them don't speak reasonable German) Training is being done during the pandemic (whatever sounds very good) On the first day, the managing director comes to the online training but is on the highway. Where has your respect for employees gone?!!!!!! For some presentations, please hire someone who can speak German properly, so that they themselves don't need an interpreter to do the presentation. (Everyone can simply read out the Power Point) Long story short: Never recommended. Bad pay
I can't recommend that you believe employees more than you. Every 2 employees are fired without giving a reason because someone once discussed with you what is normal at work just because you don't get along with a person
