We are pleased to be able to look after the park residence at Germanswald. The whole complex is very well maintained and varied. The garden invites you to linger. The newly renovated interiors are very beautiful and modern. The staff always has time for their residents and ensures that they are always well looked after and cared for. We are pleased to continue to support the great team and residents. J. Reichmann

We can only thank the entire team very, very much. My mother was well looked after. She was “spruced up” in a few weeks of short-term care so that she is now fitter than she has been for a long time. All the employees we dealt with were very friendly and treated the residents very lovingly. There was a lot of activity on offer, which my mother happily accepted. She will miss that and many of the people there a little, even after such a short time. THANKS!
A place to feel good with heart and mind! I often enjoy coming back to the home. The rooms are lovingly furnished and overall everything seems very well maintained. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of every single employee. All highly recommended!! 🍀🍀🍀
Dear staff at the Parkresidenz am Germanswald, There's a difference between someone just washing you and doing their job and someone caring for you and touching their soul. With great respect and deep gratitude, we remember all the support you have given us and our families. Your tireless dedication is admirable, and we would like to sincerely thank you for it. I would also like to thank you for helping me through a difficult time. A very special thank you goes to Ward 1, who always supported me with advice and assistance and showed my father, Michael Jagusch, much patience and care. Thank you, the Jagusch family
The Parkresidenz am Germanswald is a very, very wonderful nursing home. The entire staff is very friendly and always willing to listen to family members. The caregivers are lovingly treated and cared for there. The kitchen always prepares varied and delicious meals for the elderly, which are also beautifully presented, because, as we all know, food is a feast for the eyes. They also offer a wide range of activities to the residents. The rooms are tastefully furnished. You can also bring your own furniture if you wish. The entire house is lovingly decorated to my taste. The outdoor area invites you to take a short stroll or simply sit comfortably on a bench among the bushes and trees. There are also two goats in the small park, which you can watch amusingly from behind the fence as they eat, play, and argue. You can even pet them. Particularly beautiful festivals are always held there. The Winterzauber (Winter Magic) is always very beautiful, and in the summer, the Kulturfest (Cultural Festival) is great. There are delicious meals there, just like at the Winter Magic. A large stage with well-known bands always plays at the cultural festival. I highly recommend this nursing home. Unfortunately, the government's reforms are preventing the hiring of more nursing staff. Elderly care takes up a lot of time, as older people don't just want to be cared for; they also crave conversation, want to share, and talk about their worries and fears. This is especially true for those with dementia, who repeat everything ten times over. Some nursing home residents don't have any family members with whom they can share their experiences. There are also nursing home residents who refuse care (like my family members) and only allow themselves to be washed or dressed with prolonged encouragement from the staff, or they have to be encouraged to get up. So, more nursing home staff means more time for the needs of older residents. I hope the government changes that.
