The nursing department is located at the back of the home. There are nurses there who are really kind and caring, which I really appreciate. However, there are also carers who sometimes behave really “nasty” towards the residents, especially when they feel unattended. This is very unfortunate as it gives the impression that residents are not always treated with the necessary respect. In addition, reports or complaints are often not taken seriously, which means that older people are sometimes portrayed as senile, even though they are still very capable of expressing their concerns. This is not only frustrating for those affected, but also not in the spirit of respectful care. Overall, there are both positive aspects and aspects that require improvement, although the interpersonal treatment of residents should be significantly optimized.

My mother is in the complex. She is satisfied. There is currently a bit of construction going on on the facade. Lunch is a little too salty and could be a little better, and the breakfast sandwiches are hardly baked at all.
On what scientific basis do you isolate and exclude the people in this home by continuing to live out outdated rules like 2G Plus? It's sad that such discrimination still exists in our midst. Every other carrier in the area seems to be up to date and has switched to 1G for a long time. Here people still live in the Middle Ages and prevent contact! I hope a specialist has been hired to compensate for the social contacts that residents lose due to such regulations.
A very beautiful and well-maintained facility. I was only there for a short time, but the impression that this assisted living facility made was a very, very good one, which was also confirmed by a short conversation with the relatives of a resident. A really nice and great concept.
