Stay away. Too few staff members are committed to helping patients, too many just punching in and watching the clock. My father was there for 5 days (4 days too long!!) and we couldn't get him out of there fast enough. This is NOT a rehab facility. This a FOR PROFIT grift.
I wouldn't send a dog to stay there My aunt went there for therapy . After one week they said that it would do her no good. They kept her for 3 months for the sole purpose for her money. They ket saying you can appeal to health insurance so she could stay longer. When I got her out of that hell hole she could not use a walker anymore she was sent home with no shoes someone else's clothing and a bed sore. When I took her to Lahey before they sent her to the Woburn nursing center she could use a walker. She went to that nursing home in March 2020. I got her out by June 2020.she died in October 2020 again don't send your dog or your love ones there
If my dad never went to this rehab, I believe he would still be alive today. Don't trust this understaffed and neglectful facility with your loved ones, especially if they have Parkinsons Disease. As well the facility is depressing, the nurses are checked out, and the food is inedible. On my dad's very first day here, he was abused by a staff member. After 3 weeks of neglectful care, he left by ambulance and was hospitalized for severe dehydration and malnutrition. Due to the severe deconditioning he received at this facility, he never recovered and died shortly after.
Run don’t walk away from this facility! They robbed us from being able to say good bye to my dad. It took them nearly 4 hours to notify us of his passing. He passed at 8:00AM an it was nearly noon when they called us. I requested the administrator call me and that took a day and a half. I was told it was a “communication error and the staff was overwhelmed “ .
