Abby and the entire team supported us in every aspect of transitioning my loved one into his apartment. They truly cared about his well being and went out of their way even through text messages late at night, weekends and holidays to assist us. The food was very good, much better than local restaurants. They checked on him every two hours and if needed would contact family if it was necessary. From the cleaning staff, to Ryan at the front desk to Christaine social activities director, all of them I consider family to this day.

Independence Village provides the best level of service for all residents. The food is great, the activities are varied and plentiful, and the staff are incredible. I love that they honor the residents who have served in the Armed Forces as well.
My experience with Abby was just awesome! Abby is the ultimate professional and a fabulous sales director! I cannot say enough to compliment Abby! The facility Also seems wonderful. !
Wonderful community! Full of culture, with a great atmosphere. Amazing staff!!!! They also honor their Veterans in such a special way and show such great respect for everything they have done for our country. From events they host for Veterans to their wall of honor. It such a great place!
My brother moved into Winter Village a little over a year ago. The staff and residents have embraced him as one of their family! I am so thankful that he has the opportunity to live independently and appreciate that the staff looks out for him. It takes a tremendous weight off my shoulders knowing he is in a loving environment! Thank you Winter Village staff and residents!!
