Kayla earned 5 stars. Actually the staff gets 5 stars. The bathroom was not clean, the bar for transfer was not stable. The commode was not stable. The room was not swept for a week These items took away a 5 star review and would seem like an easy fix.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Having had a relative there for two weeks, we encountered many problems. First there never any type of orientation. The first week we asked the nurse station what his care plan was and we couldn’t get an answer. We also asked about transportation for a future critical doctor appointment on a number of times and got a response of I hope we can do it. On the very last minute, they claimed to have canceled his appointment and rescheduled it which was a complete lie. They did finally take him but only after our insistence to do so. His room had several issues during his stay of which all were reported a number of times. Example: trash and glove left on floor for 3 days, the room clock not working, shower was missing a shower head, the phone never worked until the last day. He pretty much was left in his room and ignored other than a trip to ReHab. The social worker never followed through with any of his task that he said he would do on a number of conversations. We even talked to a person who was conducting a survey and did show some concern and would pass it one, but we never heard anything past that. It goes on and on. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there must less a love one. We did finally have them discharge him in order to help him as his progress was extremely negative and going downhill. The very first day of having him in our care, he has already shown major signs of recovery. You say in your reply that you were able to fix the things in your power to fix. That isn’t true at all. He was there for two weeks of which many basic request were asked and the repairs weren’t done until the last day when we had him discharged. Your social worker never completed a single thing he said he was going to do and these were things he brought up and not because we requested it. As far as having to deal with insurances and care being difficult, that’s the nature of the business you are in. Patients shouldn’t have to pay the price for your poor quality of care.
For over a month I've been trying to "fix" the problems with my mental health meds, in particular. When I asked to talk to my doctor, I was Refused and the csn couldn't explain what they were Or were for. 40 minutes ago a csn was sent to me with no help. I still can't get gas relief or even a Tums. AND STILL NO MANAGER or Anyone to accept responsibility.
The people here really care about my mom. There been a number of things in her recovery that are difficult or require more constant attention, and to the extent they have ability with schedule and staffing, they bend over backwards to really make my mom feel cared about
My grandpa spent almost a month at this facility. The staff was tremendous, shout out to Jessica, Stary, and Andrea. They went above and beyond in making him feel comfortable, content, and make the time feel not as long. They treated my grandfather with so much dignity, and it actually seemed like he had a good time there. I also want to give them high praise for them finding two staples in his arm the surgeons missed from a procedure months previously. The hospital he was transferred from didn't even catch that!!!!!! Any time we called with a question, it was answered right away. The social workers were also very nice and a pleasure to work with.
