Staff goes above and beyond. Leadership is hands on, facility is updating, and it is a family not just co-workers! Enjoyed my time there and learned a great deal!
Biggest mistake was sending my mother to WSLC for rehab services after a hip replacement. I do not recommend this location. I removed my mother after a few incidents. I do have to say, there are about 2-3 CNAs that really work hard and are dedicated to patient/resident care. I don't have any glowing compliments to give the ADMIN and Nursing Staff. It was just an overall terrible and unfortunate experience.
We recently moved my father to the Winfield Senior Living Community and it has been a very nice experience. The people have been very helpful and informative, professional and polite. It is very clean, the food is good, and they go out of their way to make everyone comfortable and welcome. They seem to be very concerned about each and every one's safety as well. It's never easy moving to a senior living facility but this has been as smooth as anyting a person could ask for.
As a family member who had two of my loved ones here I loved the care that staff gave my grandparents. As a worker in the facility I love working here my coworkers have became a second family.
