My friend was there for I’d say a month w complications from a stroke. She did get decent care and nurses and staff very helpful. She had visitors every day and that does make a difference in care at these facilities. My 2 Stars are because of the horrific pissy smell which can be controlled. I’ve been to many of these facilities. Why are some so nice no smell etc… they are NOT letting Patients sit in their pee forever. This place needs to do better. Clean extra well and Quit letting Patients sit in Their Pee. Nuff Said

I see that this place has a 2.0 rating, so I think the treatment given to disabled adults who live in this place is true. My daughter had an altercation with a nurse her name of the nurse Charity anith and also with the supervisor her name Mrs.okay which led me to make this publication, is because my daughter is young and can defend herself, but the nurse's attitude towards my daughter, she is a nurse assistant who does more work than the nurse. The nurse is arrogant rude to talk and behave, I can't imagine how she can treat her patients when no one sees her, because if she gets very arrogant with my daughter who is a teenager, 20 years old. I don't want to imagine what she will do with disabled adults when no one sees her, the report was put with Mr. OKAY but there is how racism and preference hide things, the nurse tried to hit my daughter, in fact she pushed her hand and threatened her that she was going to slap her this problem has been going through 2 Occasions, and there are already two reports that they put to that nurse on behalf of my daughters, but there is no authority in that place my daughters are going to work and do their job, she is not going to make a fight, nor to lower herself in a workplace, they have principle and education
My friend of 34 years has told me she has been in her bed for 5 years, She came here after her sister passed away, left and forgotten about, this place has the most worse reviews I have ever seen at a facility. She was able to walk with a walker, but is now sitting in a bed for 5 years, she is not allowed to use a bathroom, or walk! She sits in dirty diapers, it takes them forever to change her, she can’t go outside, they are to lazy to wheel her out in a wheelchair, they offer physical therapy, but never did physical therapy, They feed her food that is not nutritional, and they have been abusing her. She is disabled and this is not right to treat someone this way!
Awful quality of care. Ex EMT. compared to most skilled nursing facilities, this place is definitely on the low end. Had my grandmother here for a stint until she died from a complication of the quality of care. Contracted covid 2 twice. Had her in a room w 3 pts. She had a stroke, and she was taken to the hospital days later after family demanded she be taken. Took along time for her to get changed and cleaned. If you're ever considering taking a family member here, consider begging the doctor for an assisted suicide over taking them here. Whatever rating this place has just know that the state only comes once a year to check the facility. Scheduled. The system is corrupt. This facility sees your family as a cash cow to milk to death.
The nurses and CNA’s and all employees were so helpful to my grandfather! The place doesn’t look like much inside but the service was great. Special thanks to Daisy and Ruby for their excellent service!!!
