Their attention to every detail and commitment to ensuring that my family member would be happy, well-cared for, and treated with the utmost respect and consideration; was evident as soon as I walked through their front door. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable, safe, clean care environment. Windsor of Harlingen has incredible features and a friendly, inviting environment. As I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet smell coming from an office that was soothing to me. The facility itself is impressive and so well kept. It is a beautiful facility with TV rooms, a dining hall, and many other amenities to offer. The Windsor of Harlingen customer service team is fantastic and always ready to assist. One nursing assistant by the name of Maria, was a wonderful help every single day with my family member. She was kind, polite and ready to help with whatever was asked of her. This employee deserves a RAISE! They are most assuredly a 5-star facility! KUDOS TO THEM!!!

The nurses and staff at Harlingen Windsor were awesome. Their attention to my wound care was above what I expected. I'd like to give special thanks to Elizabeth, Adon and Margaret. Although nearly all the nurses and support staff went beyond what I expected. I give the Nurses and support staff a 5 star rating. The quality of food was poor and should be much better quality for patient healing. As already a thin person I couldn't afford to lose the 15 pounds of lean muscle while at the facility for 60 days. It did not contribute to my wound healing. I give a zero rating to the food and meals.
Understaffed but the people that work there make up for it. The PT was wonderful, that nurse Margaret is a delight! Bless her loving heart and the CNA Yuliana was one of greatest. Food was delicious compared to these other sister facilities. No one wants to be put in these homes but if we could return to Harlingen I'd definitely put my mom back . Merry Christmas to staff
The staff here was amazing, compassionate and HUMAN. I was treated with care and respect. The physical therapy staff (Jesse, Rick, and Julio) were the best!! Nora at the front office even lent me her fan!! Nurses (Carol, Brian) were so caring. There were others but can’t remember their names. Although I was there to rehab, all staff made my stay not seem like a bad place to be. A+ to everyone.
The therapy department was awesome, with a special shoutout to Julio and Maria. The assisting caregivers were friendly and caring, especially Lupita, who went way beyond in her care and support. The nurses (especially Chris and Priscilla) were kind and helpful.
