Windsor Atrium is a good place to be if one needs rehabilitation and skilled nursing It is an excellent place to recuperate and recover one's health and well being. Windsor Atrium does not disappoint. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful. Service with a smile is a daily occurrence. The staff are professionals, caring, and compassionate. (nurses, assistant nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist, housekeeping, kitchen staff and office staff). I've never seen such dedicated personnel. The Administration is on top of everything. They're so easy to talk to. They listen and answer questions and provide solutions to our concerns. My family is grateful for all the care and support my husband received when he was at the facility. The atmosphere was so pleasant and relaxed, it made our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience. We would like to thank the Administration and Staff for their dedication and hard work. It was a joy to have stayed at Windsor Atrium. CHEERS!!!

Since 2009 we have visited the Windsor Atrium every Thursday morning to present gospel teaching and singing. We have ample opportunity to observe the staff interaction with the residents, and have always been very well impressed with the considerate loving care exhibited. I would recommend the Windsor Atrium to any of my friends and family.
The care my mother in law gets is great. The facility is clean. The biggest issue we have here is the parking ‼️ The employees take up all the spaces close to the entrance leaving the older family members to park in the back and walk all the way around. The employees can go in any of the doors and should leave the spaces near the entrance to visitors
I am here for a short term rehab stay. I have been well taken care of. I don't complain about long wait times for anything I need,because I know they have more serious cases besides me. I respect,revere,trust the staff here beca6it takes a special individual to work in a sniff(SNF). I don't envy them. I've been treated kindly and respectfully by all staff. Even though my stay is short,I will cherish Giovanna,and Sam and Avi and the cna's(who's names i can't remember-SORRY). Clean linens,great tv,nice view with large windows. Therapy staff at Windsor Atrium is excellent. Nurses and CNAs are great too. Room is kept clean and staff is attentive to residents care. Thank you Andrew, van driver, for safely and patiently transporting Bill to and from doctor appointments. Thank you Ceci for handling the front desk with a smile and friendly welcome every day.
