My mom had a month stay here for a broken pelvis. They did an amazing job making sure she had the right therapy and the whole staff was awesome! The CNAs, the LVNs and DON, the admissions department, the activities department, the therapists, the dietitians and everyone in between were excellent! My mother walked out of there doing so much better and having had a wonderful experience! Thank you Windsor Arbor View!

Arborview’s staff truly stands out for their professionalism and heartfelt compassion, creating a warm and supportive environment. The only area that could use improvement is the food quality. Enhancing the variety and taste would significantly elevate the overall resident experience.
Cna staff was the best they knew more about the patient (my father) than the nurses did Social worker (amanda) the worst no bedside manners like it was a bother for you to have any questions even making remarks as if the patient didn’t participate in physical therapy they had to go or medicare will kick them out. Theres other professional or proper words that can be used even confronted me about me having an issue with her. Then the last day he was there he fell on their watch just threw him out with ambulance no proper dismall or instructions they just used up his days and threw him out
My only nursing facility experience was with my grandmother in a small town in north Texas. It was horrifying so I thought all places were similar to that one. Windsor here in Edinburg has been a wonderful healing experience for me and my husband. I have spent 75% of nights here on a comfy cot so I see it all. The entire staff is genuinely caring and want my husband healed and recovered. Once I figured out the rhythm of this place, it moves smoothly and consistently. The workers become like family quickly and are always professional and courteous. Before arriving at Windsor, my husband spent 5 weeks in a wonderful huge Houston hospital. We intentionally wanted to come back to RGV for rehab praying this nursing home would be an extension of home. Windsor did not disappoint. We have made life long friends especially with our CNAs. What fabulous girls!!! The therapists are truly interested in recovery and optimum health. I grab coffee outside the kitchen so I observe the permanent patients twice a day in the dining room. They are loved and being well cared for. It blesses my heart.
My husband was in the Transitional section of Windsor Arbor View. I want to thank Dali/Dolly, Christina, Norma, and Isabel to name a few staff members, plus nurses Alicia and Laura-All were sweet, understanding, and professional. Windsor Arbor View is a great place because of members mentioned above. Keep up the great work!
