The staff is so friendly and actually care about the patients and their road to recovery. The physical therapist JoJo is extremely helpful in every way possible! He’s very kind-hearted and great at his job! Mia and Tiffany are superb! Very informative and just down right sweet. Thank you all for taking such good care of my Mom! ❤️

As a member of the healthcare community I am always impressed by the staff. They truly care for the residents and want the best for them and it shows. I am always excited to receive residents from them and refer to them. Mia is the best and goes above and beyond for her residents and their families. Keep up the good work guys.
Totally under staffed. The employees openly admit the don’t have time to take care of 60 patients with 2 nurses and 4 nurse aids. Unexceptional, totally for profit. Run down, lazy workers. Food Is terrible. Smell is terrible. Misrepresentation to potential patients and family. You push the call light someone may come in an hour. Maybe. A total nightmare 💔💔💔
This is what they wiping your mom/dads/grandparents with, after an incontinent episode, at Windham House in Hattiesburg. The napkins you clean your face with, soaked in soap in a ziploc bag…. And yes it does get molded. And only 6 diapers a day, so after the 6th diaper your family member has to lay in the bed with no brief on soaked in their urine or feces. DON Rosa Reedy came up with this brilliant idea, all to save money. Apparently wipes and diapers are too expensive. It’s sad. Pathetic. The management is awful. INHUMANE‼️
My mother is a resident there. I am very happy with the 24 hr 7 days a week care she receives. She is also happy to live there.
