Working for Windermere Park of Warren has been very rewarding. The residents are all very sweet, the facility is very beautiful. In the Independent living area there is a pool and Koi Pond. You can enjoy some fun activities with our amazing activities team who works hard to keep residents busy with crafts, card games, spirit weeks, happy hours, movie nights, and lots of fun singing activities throughout each month. Each resident is special to me. I enjoy working with and for them. Whether they live in Independent living, Assisted Living or in our skilled nursing facility, is an honor to be a small part of their lives. Working at Windemere has taught me quite a few things and I feel like I've built some great friendships with this team.

Great community ♥️😁 this community has everything under one roof. They offer everything from Independent living to hospice care. They also have a heated pool.😄
Lovely facility with many amenities game room chapel theatre pool store. Staff is very welcoming.
We went to visit my Aunt this past weekend unannounced and the experience was disgusting. It took almost 25 minutes just to get to her room as there’s no reception on the weekends and no one came downstairs to open the door for us . She and her roommate were left laying in their own waste for hours. She was not fed lunch that day. We repeatedly asked for assistance as we wanted to get her dressed and we were told the aid was on break and someone would help us in a few minutes. We waited over two hours no one came. I’m not sure if this was just a week and problem, but our Saturday visit was horrifying and I will be reporting what I experienced to the state. This may not be the best facility in the world. Many visits I worry for my Aunt but today my faith in humanity was restored. If Theresa is there you can rest assure your loved one is going to be ok. She was absolutely such a pleasant kind person, and went above and beyond to take care of my aunt. I hope she knows how much we appreciate her and how much she deserves a raise. Thank you for all that you do Theresa we see you and your heart full of kindness.
If I could give a 0 I would. I recently had a patient there for a short period of time. During their time there the patient was charged maybe 2 times a shift. While doing a wellness check on the patient I witnessed the care staff sitting at the nurses station and when I resident called to let them know they had to use the bathroom. They were told “No you don’t “. In my opinion the staff should be retrained on how to handle memory care and proper handling of residents. I definitely would not recommend this place
