My experience with the admission process at Wilton Meadows was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding my family through every step. They made what could have been a stressful transition smooth and seamless. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional, ensuring that my grandmother’s needs were met with care and attention. The communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered promptly, which gave us great peace of mind. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this process so easy and reassuring. Wilton Meadows truly prioritizes both residents and their families, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and high-quality care.

Wilton Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation has a friendly staff and clean, safe environment. The team takes good care of residents and provides strong rehab services. It’s a good place for both short-term recovery and long-term care.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional care and compassion at Wilton Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation. The kindness and empathy of the staff, truly sets Wilton Meadows apart from other nursing facilities. They genuinely care about each resident's well-being and go above and beyond to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. I would highly recommend Wilton Meadows to anyone seeking skilled nursing or rehabilitation services. It's a truly exceptional facility with a remarkable team.
Elderly mother in-patient for 3.5 weeks after several days in ER/hospital. As always in healthcare best if your patient has attentive personal advocates. Mom required physical rehabilitation to restore some mobility and she got there. Keep in mind this solution works best for everyone if your patient is in for a relatively short stay, everyone staying focused on achieving the rehab sufficient to return home, as the floor is quite active and restfulness is not always possible. Overall it was very effective experience and everyone was very helpful. Last certainly not least, appreciate that caring for this general category of patients for a duration stay is extremely hard demanding work for everyone, and everyone is only human, and every patient every day needs care and is supported by the work from a whole bunch of people. Medicare covered 100%. Thank you very much Wilton Meadows🙏
Absolutely horrified!! My Mom was brought to Wilton Meadows this afternoon. She was put in a room with another occupant and no one came to the room so I put her in bed myself. The room smelled of vomit. The woman in the room with her had clearly been vomiting on herself and rather than clean her up/change her linens, towels were just piled on her. The bathroom was filthy. I asked for it to be cleaned as I wasn’t having my Mom sit on the commode. No one came. I was handed gloves and cleaning wipes to do it myself!! What is going on here?! Unacceptable. The smell was so bad clearly making it an unsanitary environment. I insisted they clean the woman and change her linens so they did. Who knows how long she had been laying in filth and vomit! Please do not bring your loved ones here. I truly cannot believe what I witnessed.
