While visiting Willowick I noticed how clean the facility is and how happy the staff was. You could hear their laughter from down the hall.
When i need to put one of my loved ones in an assistant living facility i would definitely consider this one!
This place is horrible. They lie to you about how well they are going to take care of your loved one. Once you give them the money and move in you'll find out how poorly this place is run! If you are going to bring a loved one here make sure you get everything they say there going to do in writing! EVERYTHING!!! Before you move in make sure you go through the room your moving into and take pictures of everything otherwise they will charge you for things that were broken or in bad shape before you even moved your family member in. MY CONDOLENCES TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO GO HERE!
All of the communities are well ran. They put residents first. Staff are treated very well and the communities are beautiful. The owners are down to earth compassionate individuals. The teams are very caring. I would highly recommend anyone to live there or work there.
