My father has a great experience at Willow Tree Healthcare. The nurses were so kind and the PT was excellent! They were so accommodating to my dad's needs and even helped our family through his stay. Highly recommend!
The management and staff here are great. They know their residents well and know how to help them feel at home in a great facility. The staff that I’ve met were also fun and delightful to be around. They are constantly making updates and improvements to the facilities to best accommodate their residents.
This place gets a 5++ rating! The care they gave to my brother was unbelievable. My brother had Medicaid and I was afraid he wouldn’t get good care. They were attentive, caring, sympathetic, and I couldn’t have paid to get this care any place else. Every single nurse that touched my brother, cared for him as if it was their own family member. They brought us beverages and snacks, moved him/us to a private room so we’d more comfortable! After he passed they called a couple times to check up on us to see if we needed anything.
My father (87) had to stay at Willow Tree in Charles Town WV after a stroke. I was very nervous as the reviews (which were old) weren’t great plus he had never needed to stay at a facility before. I was happily surprised by his care and treatment. Everything was clean, he was treated well and the staff all were kind to him. Several even came to see him before his discharge and took selfies with him even though they weren’t on his area that day. I was kept informed and they took my concerns seriously. No place is perfect but I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed. Thanks to all there for the care you gave my father!
