Willow Terrace and has the most caring and dedicated staff. Their care exceeds all expectations. You can see walking in there how happy the residents are and how well they are taken care of. I would definitely choose this facility for a loved one.

Went to visit my Grandfather in law Although the facility was extremely hot, when we asked the staff they had an explanation and said there were currently looking for the weekend cover to come out and assist something she didn’t have to go into detail about. I hope they can get it down my Grand was extremely hot! Staff was still super kind and helpful. Would recommend it to other if necessary
My experience at Willow Terrace was great, they was very friendly, respectful, always was available if I you had comments or concerns for my mom, and they was very caring with my mom in her situation she was there for 3 week which was wonderful and I would like to thank the Unit Manager- Dshona Ebo - Always check to see if everything was ok or if it was any issue. Social Worker- Vince Lewis- He was on top of everything and made sure she had everything. CNA- Angela Edwards (AMAZING, OUTSTANDING) CNA- Shelah Sanders -Very Professional House Keeping- Niemah Enette always kept her room clean spotless thank you. Ms Kim - Thank for making her feel safe her first night there. Thank you again the entire staff for taking great care of my mom.
Hello. I am writing a comment about a problem: the supervisor from the housekeeping department is refusing to give my uncle his paycheque from right before he went on vacation and told me she treats everyone badly. He said she is trying to make him sign a document to force him to quit after he tried to return to work after vacation. It is illegal to refuse to pay an employee for work they already performed. He is not quitting and they are refusing to allow him to return and are not even giving him his last paycheque. Can someone further up the management of Willow Terrace please check up on this? Thanks.
This rehab facility is atrocious! The conditions are deplorable & this place should be shut down! I am in the process of completing a report with the Department of Health as well as L&I. There is absolutely NO way this place passes inspections. Someone in maintenance was putting up Sheetrock in my grandmothers room WHILE SHE WAS THERE! The rooms are not ready for patients. There’s no security on site (that we could see) and anyone can just walk in and no one asks them questions. My grandmother had random strangers (non medical staff) go inside her room after hours 3 times already! One day she didn’t receive her dinner until almost 8pm. Another day she asked about her lunch and the nurse apologized on behalf of the cafeteria because they CLOSED without delivering meals. The nurse gave my grandmother a tuna sandwich from the fridge, which she didn’t eat. Her shower is missing the shower handle. She received a wheelchair with someone else’s dirty belongings on it. Also, there’s no air conditioner and the place is HOT! Look at the photos attached and see for yourself how disgusting this facility is!! Straight up ghetto and nasty!! You can walk in whenever you want and take a tour yourself. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE & DONT EVER STAY HERE OR LET YOUR LOVED ONES COME HERE! (I tried to give 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me post it, so I had to give 1.)
