The activity staff is wonderful! So caring and compassionate and goes way above and beyond what most long term care facilities would and could provide. There are so many activities available for residents and families and visitors are always welcome to participate in any activity. The staff is always upbeat and positive and interactive. My husband is a resident here and I appreciate all of their efforts to encourage him to participate in activities. Thank you 😊

Hi there. I think the nursing staff here is wonderful. The doctors have been great. Sometimes it feels like they know me so well that I don't even need to ask for anything and they just show up with what I need. The cleaning here is immaculate, just look around. The rehab has been wonderful. I'm so grateful that they let me and my husband share the same room, even though he does get on my nerves sometimes. I've been to a lot of hospitals and about three different rehabs and this one has been the very best. Thank you to all the staff because they've all been so great. I just feel very safe here. Thank you to Matt for always stopping to talk to me and to cheri and Kelly for all of the phone calls that I made to them! Monica was my favorite aide. Thank you all so much!
This place is excellent. The people are great! Very good place to come my wayI highly recommend it to everyone. Specifically, the staff is excellent. I don’t want to name anybody because I will feel bad leaving someone out. Thanks for everything you did for me!
I would like to thank the following people that have taken very good care of me so far while I am here as a resident for physical therapy. The physical therapy department is amazing with everything that they do for not just me but for all the residents. Kira, Ashley and Anita I can't say enough for what they do for me on as my nurses and those that take care of me. Audrey and her staff from the activity department keeps us so busy everyday.
From the moment you step into the Willow Springs Rehabilitation Center you are struck by the warmth and compassion of the staff. They are truly like a family. My son in law’s mother Jeanne lives here and Doug and Loren decided to have their wedding service at the facility so she could be part of the ceremony. They all rallied around to ensure that she looked so pretty. The enthusiasm and assistance from Audrey, Daniela, Trinity, Doreen, Mary and Olivia was incredible. So a huge thank you to these wonderful women (and anyone else behind the scenes) They worked so hard to make this dream a reality. We are so very grateful as the day turned out to be so perfect.
