My Mom was there for almost 4 years. Too much turn over in the last two years. Nurses not familiar as they change often. She fell and broke hip ,right arm , left wrist. Last fall she split head passed away a few days later. Filed complaint total waste of time. Do not recommend

My time with Willow, while has been short, I have become even more aware of how much these places hire ONE DAY nurses!! NONE will even give their 1st name, and as usual, don't wear name tags. This allows no responsibility for anything. Willow is goo, I truly believe; however, if no real staff exist, you are doing yourself and all you proclaim to protect, a horrible disservice
Do NOT go here. My grandmother has been there after having surgery and they do not take care of her. She has had to struggle to get up and go to the bathroom on her own, has not been given her meds, and has not been given physical therapy after having her knee replacement surgery. We will be taking her out of this place as soon as we can. The nurses do not answer the call button and the nurse even told her that it was not her job to get her to the bathroom because that was a CNAs job and that her CNA was too busy. Do NOT go here
As a visitor the past year, I was able to see how the Willow Ridge staff greatly impacted the resident experience. Three staff members in particular made lasting positive impressions on the residents, visitors, and fellow staff members. Missy is often the first staff member to greet residents and family members at the facility. She utilizes her natural communication skills to build trust early on. She takes pride in ensuring the resident needs are met and that her coworkers are supported and safe. She builds genuine and compassionate relationships with others. She maintains a careful watch over her resident's health and has an array of skills to help her excel at her job. She exudes passion and competency. She understands the bigger picture in treatment goals and how to conjure resources quickly and appropriately. Missy brings a wealth of experience and dedication to each work shift. Carrie provides consistently exceptional nursing care. She is an expert in her field and delivers professional care with grace. Her attention to detail enables her to utilize interdisciplinary teams to reach treatment goals. On more than one occasion when a resident requested assistance with comfort and mobility, she efficiently collaborated with providers and administrators to surpass the resident's requests. She is a caring individual who utilizes prioritization to complete care in a way that honors the resident's schedule. Her knowledge and experience are clearly shown in all of her nursing responsibilities. Martha also made a lasting and caring impact on the residents as a nurse. She utilized detailed communication, safe and effective skills, and compassion to improve the resident experience. The nursing leadership, activity directors, maintenance and housekeeping crew, social workers, and administration work to ensure residents and visitors are safe. There is a sense of community, pride, and joy at Willow Ridge. The people who work at Willow Ridge make the place genuinely welcoming and make all the difference. I greatly appreciate the staff for ensuring the residents are a part of a caring community.
The employees have been very pleasant and helpful. They show compassion to the dementia residents.
