I have worked at Willow Haven now for about a year and a half. I love my job and my residents. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are well taken care of. The building has done a 180 since the new management team took over. Corporate is working on updating the building and it’s starting to look great.

My mom stayed at the facility a while back for her second stay at the facility. The staff were all very welcoming of my mom and treated her like she was family. The therapy department did an amazing job at rehabing her to the best of their ability. The nursing department was nothing short of amazing. I was notified of any issues with her care as she will as change of conditions immediately. I would truly recommend this facility to all my friends and family.
My boyfriend is the ADON. We have placed his grandma there twice now and almost did a third time. The nursing staff is amazing and always give the up most attention to their residents. Each time "grandma" is there the staff treat her like family and make sure her every need is met.. big or small. I would recommend Willow Haven to anyone.. even my worst enemy... at the end of the day everyone deserves great care and I know Willow Haven will provide it.
We really enjoyed our Trunk or Treat 2021. We had many new faces this year, that attended this event. All of the staff and residents really enjoyed seeing all of the kids in their costumes.
I used to deliver the medication to all the facilities here in Zanesville and by far Willowhaven was my favorite nursing home to stop at. So many great things I can say about Willowhaven from the cleanliness of the facility to the friendliness of the staff, I was always greeted with a smile, and even though at times the staff was super busy, they would always go out of their way to make my Job easier. I would definitely recommend this facility over all here in town.
