I would like to SHOUT OUT the absolute best service our mother received from the awesome, amazing nurses aide Michelle Mills‼️ Her warm, gentle, and pleasant work attitude was expressed through everything she did for mom,wish we could’ve had her 24/7 with mom. ALSO: the SW, Ms. Leigh Panashy, not sure if she’s the ONLY SW at this facility; but I feel she went above and beyond infinity to help my family throughout the mazes of Insurance issues, eligibility issues, and moving forward with providing healthcare at home for mom. PLEASE acknowledge these phenomenal women who have worked so diligently with our mom and family. I will be happy to speak with anyone regarding the exemplary care we received from these employees. Our family would like to thank Willow Creek for caring for our family member..He was able to spend time with our fur baby as Sable was very special to him.. They loved spending time together...Thank you Willow Creek for advertising on you page.. Mr.Caulk is very loved and missed. 💙
Had family members here and they all had positive experiences. Don’t know what we would have done without Mrs.Mathis!!!!! She was very helpful in assisting us. She gave us a sense of comfort during the process. The therapy program was very beneficial to my family member. CNA’s went above and beyond our expectations.
My father, who is 88 yrs. old, was recently discharged from the Rehab section of Willow Creek after 4 weeks. We found this facility to be an excellent place for his recovery. Everyone was very professional, caring, courteous, and the facility was always clean and proper. I would highly recommend the Rehab section of Willow Creek to anyone in need of this type of care. I would also like to thank the staff for everything they did to help my father return home safely and healthy in a timely manner.
I wouldn’t put my dog in this place. They don’t look after the patients. They can even read a tb test and they don’t keep any records of it
