Place seems to be short staffed! I see constant listings on indeed! I’ve applied several times all to be turned down but you see them listing positions for all shifts! I see this facility listing the most openings out of any other facility in town! I’m a hard worker that won’t disappoint!

Don't apply to work there. They answer you to set up and interview and once you ask the availability for interview they ghost you for a month. Most people don't want to wait a month to get an interview. I can see why they have a low rating on indeed.
Updated 2-11-2025 There has been a change in staff and improved dramatically. My opinion has done a 180° Old review--Can't get ahold of anyone in my mom's building. This place is a joke. Hard to believe the amount this place charges vs the services actually provided. Would NOT RECOMMEND
Anyone looking for compassion and love for your loved one, this is the place to go. Willow Brooke has taken great care of my grandma for several years! She loves her girls. The most she complains about is the food! But they try. And grandma is picky, they work well with her. Great place to be.
You should apply to work here because they are not just hiring everyone, they really are taking the time out to make sure the right staff are getting on place to care for your loved one.
