Willow Branch is such an amazing place! You can tell how much they truly do love their residents and one another. The residents are well cared for and have smiles on their faces. I am greeted warmly by staff every time that I enter the building to visit. Well done Willow Branch, keep up the great work!
They make me feel at ease knowing my grandmother is cared for and in good hands. They are very informative anytime anything ever happens or needs to be changed. All of the staff are nice and soft spoken! It’s clean, well cared for and doesn’t smell awful. They have nice linens and aren’t stained or ripped like we experienced previously. So thankful they were able to admit my grandmother as fast as they did. Melanie got everything worked out and ready for her faster than I expected and for that alone, I will forever be grateful! Everyone wants their loved ones cared for properly and shown love when you can’t be there, and not everyone is cut out for this career, so when you come across the ones who are.. hang onto them. Big thanks and appreciation to all at Willow Branch!!
I have been here for a few weeks and I can already tell I am going to love it! ❤️ The staff are always so nice, my co-worker’s are awesome! Dana my boss is amazing 🤩 she goes above and beyond for the patients we serve! Can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!
Just a few things i thought I would share about my mothers experience at willow branch … She stayed two different times at the facility… 3 months for rehabilitation the first .. can’t say enough about the rehab team .. They really worked with my mother and got her back on her feet .. The nursing staff was very caring as well … The second time was for two weeks for hospice respite care … The only issues both times was the food and kitchen … getting the right food to my mother.The nursing staff and kitchen erea are not on the same page .. quality of food is poor as well … .. besides that care was very exceptional… Thanks for everything..
