Rent increases have been $200.00 a MONTH for the past two years. This year will be the same! Residents here are very nice, but once they experience this rate increase, many have had to move away. This is unsustainable for seniors on a fixed income!! The manager, Morgan, is great and much appreciated, but she has no control over what corporate does as far as rent goes.
Morgan does a very fine job managing this place! We all love her! She’s so attentive to all our needs! Willoughby hills senior apartments is the best clover property!
I really love living here. Morgan is an amazing manager. Ever since she's been here thing have gotten done and she is always here! Would recommend this place to everyone! Also love happy hour on Tuesdays and Fridays! We have so much fun!
I've been in a lot of Senior Apartments but Willoughby Hills Senior Living is the best. It's so nice, you owe it to your self to check it out. Lots of activities, nice people, clean as clean can be. Well maintained. Excellent community room and amenities.
