I'm going to start this review off with a Ginormous Thank You! For each and every person in the Occupational & Physical therapy Department.You all are the Joy!!!! In a Hell hole. I will direct any person considering this place for your Love! One.First read the reviews.Second do a pop- up walk through.You can get in 24hrs day state law.The food is absolutely dreadful, inedible, disgusting,unpalatable.A stay at the Wickliffe Country Place: Is akin to living in a Neglected Warehouse.Where the residents are treated as an inconvenience.Rather than Human beings.The pervasive smell of Urine.And at times Understaffed.Make it clear that this facility prioritizes profits over the well being of its Valnerable residents.Roll the dice at your Love Ones Expense.But don't say I did not warn you!!! " Buyer Beware". ( Don't be fooled. By the fake manufactured good reviews all of a sudden!!! Check the Time stamps 😂😂😂 Damage control at its Finest!!!!!)

The Owners of this rehab facility should be ashamed of themselves. Look at the reviews over the years and nothing has been done to improve. I watched residents walk around soiled with clothes on for multiple days ignored by staff! This facility is critically understaffed. This is not a rehab facility! This is more like the twilight zone ! I could not believe my eyes! I am appalled by the lack of care, cleanliness! Shut it down NOW ! I will be reporting you to the State Authorities! ASAP
I really enjoy visiting this facility. The staff are fantastic and make themselves available when needed. Kita, one of the Unit Managers has been wonderful in assisting with my transition to the facility. Thank you!
Everybody’s been courteous and friendly and the place is clean. I get all my medicine on time everyday. I have everything I want and need I would just like a new shower head in the spa room
If you care for your people keep them away from here. Our loved one was moved from another longterm facility to this one to be closer to family and while here they changed his room 3 times in less than a month. Each time they moved him the 12+ years of accumulated personal belongings he came here with were disappearing with each move. At one point I had to have them move what was left of his things to his new room because they moved him but not his personal belongings and that was it for me. I know things can be replaced but stability is important for longterm care and it seems this place is more concerned with money than the wellbeing of it's residents. It's a money grab just like most nursing homes but this constant moving is ridiculous and nerve wracking. Needless to say he's back at the former facility. Yes it's inconvenient but we don't have to worry about his wellbeing, he's well taken care of and even got his old room back.
