Be careful....the gray haired lady sitting at the desk is less than pleasant. Just wanted to view the rooms that are available for rent, not be treated like tresspassers which is how she made us feel. Because of her rudeness, my son doesn't want to rent one of rooms. Hopefully she was just having a bad morning and not like that all the time.
Great place to rent to have a family gathering. They have a kitchen available. Outdoor picnic tables and area to play games. Also a great place to eat lunch for a small fee and membership fee among other activities.
I walk Jindra park fairly often and decided to visit the community center. As I walked in I was greeted with "what do you need?" I stated I just wanted to walk through. And the gentleman said "we are getting ready to close." And I asked I can't walk through? He said "nope, right this way"and pointed to the exit. Right after that I check the hours and notice they're open until 4:30 p.m.. I came in at 4:20. Not a good way to welcome new people that want to check out the community center. I would have been less than 5 minutes with my visit.This very disappointing.
City of Wickliff offers ballroom dancing for all ages. The lessons are easy to learn. Also a reasonable price. The one hour lessons always go by quickly. I recommend taking the lessons if you are interested in dancing and having a good time. A dancer.
