I can’t say enough good things about Whittier Hills Healthcare Center. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone, from the nurses to the administrative team, was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The level of compassion and dedication they show to their patients is truly remarkable. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support both comfort and care. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure all of our questions were answered. It gave our family such peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable and caring hands. Thank you to the entire team at Whittier Hills for making such a difficult time so much easier. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care and support for their loved ones.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whittier Hills has been a blessing for our family. The improvements to the facility are noticeable and appreciated. My mom is happy, comfortable, and most importantly, treated with care and respect. The staff truly go above and beyond—thank you for making this place feel like home.
Unfortunately this place has been horrible my mom has been here since February and hasn’t been treated properly and recently was sent to the hospital and just grabbed all her belongings and threw them in trash bags Instead of having me pick them up or telling me a few days before she left to the hospital to take her belongings but no one communicated they declared they can’t hold her bed and what’s worse they lost her diabetic shoe it’s not easily replaceable . It’s molded to her foot. She has been unattended multiple times and she has fallen. I believe instead of getting better she is worse. My mom was crying to me today and stating she is unhappy and hasn’t been able to sleep in days. I spoke to the operations manager Thursday and I asked him to call me back and he hasn’t she hasn’t been doing her fully therapy cause they lost her shoe. Irresponsible health facility
My mother was well cared for, and nice staff was good about communicating on her progress. She was happy with food, recreation, help w/showers, and room was kept warm and clean. There was a noise problem, but that was a patient here and there acting out. Staff also very helpful re further treatment and therapy.
I would like to say thank you for taking care of my mother. It takes a special person with heart to take care of the needy. Myself and my family appreciate everything that was provided for my mother. Personally, I really like the welcome, the kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality. Extend my gratitude in saying thank you for all that you do.
