Both of my parents moved to this community almost a year ago on recommendation of a friend. One parent is in the assisted-living side (Whitney) and one in the nursing area (Beaumont). The staff truly is warm and caring, and consistent. Many staff members have been there quite some time which says a lot. The dining area at Whitney Place is cozy and has just enough refinement to make it nice and inviting. We have been very happy with the community overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

My family couldn't be more happy with Eric Elfus and the entire staff at Whitney Place in Natick MA. The entire team has made my mom feel so welcome and they have all shown her tremendous care since she has moved to Whitney Place. They have made a challenging situation of moving my mom into assisted living a very positive experience for my mom. We transitioned my mother to Whitney Place recently to their memory care unit after a negative experience at a similar facility. Their intake Director Eric was awesome and made what was a quite challenging experience as smooth as possible. Staff has been wonderfully attentive and patient with my elderly mother, highly recommended facility!
My father moved into Whitney Place Assisted Living about a month ago and we could not be more pleased with the facility and staff. Dad is 99 and his previous assisted living facility was no longer able to provide the level of support he requires. We searched for a place where he can continue to be part of an assisted living community but with the ability to transition to Skilled Nursing when that time comes. Whitney Place provides an ideal setting for Dad, he gets the support he needs managing meds, bathing, etc. while allowing him to maintain his independence. Dad feels like he’s found his “forever home” and it is a relief to have him secure in place where he can have unlimited visits from Family.
Eric Elfus in admissions made my decision to move my dad there easy and smooth. He went above and beyond with the transition since I am out of state and was unable to be there for the move in process. The staff has been attentive and the communication has been stellar. I feel so much better with the care my dad is getting at Whitney Place. If you are looking around , go see Eric and take a tour. He has made a very stressful situation so manageable!
