My gma lives here it is very nice and secure with cameras. It's beautiful inside but there are a few imperfections with the cabinets, probably because they put this complex up so fast. It would be nice if the dumpster wasn't so far and easier to access. The neighbors and staff are Very kind and very helpful. The walls are thick you can't hear your neighbors but the ceiling on the other hand isn't if your on the first floor, or my gma is just under some very loud tenants

Wish I could give zero stars. Had a non functioning water softener for all the townhomes for 5 months so we had yellow, sandy, smelly water you couldn't drink or cook with and caused a blood scene in the bathtub from the hard water, had a front door that wouldn't shut properly, and had a leak in the ceiling and walls the complex failed to fix at all resulting in mold. After I moved out instead of replacing the moldy drywall they patched it up and painted over it so they could list it for rent.
Newly built but was not put togeather with much care. Seems like there are a lot of flaws in the contruction as well as with the appliances.
Friendly residents, laundry, and gym in building. Close to downtown Paddock Lake
Horrible place to live. I moved out after just 3 months. Office manager was the worst.
