With every visit, the team at White Springs welcomed my parents and I to explore and learn more. They deeply believe in helping Seniors and their families find the right fit, and never seemed to mind the amount of time they spent with us over the two+ year period that we needed to research and evaluate options. Cindy Murphy and her team are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very kind. I'm happy to say that my Mother moved to White Springs this year, and it has been a wonderful transition for her. She's very happy, and the kindness and support from the team has continued post move-in. Cindy has amassed an exceptional team truly dedicated to Seniors living their best life. Cindy meets you where you are, and helps families navigate what can be a challenging time with grace and support.

Had a great time at the Alzheimer's car show it was a great turn out met some amazing people and their reason of the cause to be there that day.
Wow, what a GREAT team in place, from the start, looking at the independent living, with support, scenarios, to onboarding to financial guidance – what a seamless and easy process. Cindy, Addell, Theresa, Ashleigh, Hannah - ALL the folks at White Springs - are not only professional, but they are kind and caring too. They are difference makers. My mother needs 24-hour support, White Springs offers her health care and living support, has a robust activity schedule, excellent amenities, new friends to share experiences with – White Springs is a very supportive environment, meeting all my mom’s needs. I am grateful for White Springs, we love it, my mother LOVES IT.
Not impressed with how they are handling the Covid outbreak at the facility. No restrictions. And what is a screening paper going to do? They want you to sign in and take your temperature every single time you enter, but this variant isn’t always causing fever. I.E. they got Covid in the building ANYWAY. And the competency of the upper management is less than to be desired. The director is just as cold as a winter day and doesn’t care about anyone. All the staff is leaving because of her. My loved ones daughter is contemplating taking her mother out because the upper management isn’t family oriented at all. You can tell this is a corporate world. Makes me wonder if all of elegance living corporation is this cold?
White Springs is not only a beautiful facility but the level of care is wonderful. All of the staff are attentive and genuinely care about their residents. The Director Qudsia, Cindy the Director of Marketing and Dawn the head nurse are all very understanding, responsive and helpful. My Dad is fairly new to the community and they have been so welcoming and attentive to any needs he may have in order to make this transition as easy as possible for us all.
