If I could give this place "0" stars I definitely would. My Dad had Parkinson's Disease and was using a feeding tube. Medically, the staff knew he couldn't eat or drink anything. My Dad was left alone in his room, he vomited and aspirated the vomit. No one checked on my Dad to address this issue and I found him in his room myself. Yes, I had to fine him like that. Consequently, my Dad developed aspiration pneumonia and passed away due to the extremely lazy staff's lack of care. Please do not place your loved one in this horrible place. Place them anywhere else but in this terrible place. I wish someone had warned me about them. Do not trust these people with your family.

My aunt has spent 2.5 weeks here after her almost month hospital stay. We were very concerned when she was transferred to rehab because of all the bad things we have heard/witnessed at other rehabs in Rock Hill. White Oak had none of those things. Super friendly staff, good rehab activities, she enjoys the food, and clean private rooms with mini fridges. They certainly put all of our fears to ease with the service that she has received during her stay here.
Excellent care from nurses to therapists and all staff. Thank you so much for helping me get back on my feet following surgery. Highly recommend White Oak rehab and long term and even outpatient therapy as well.
The facility doesn’t focus on patient care. They keep patients drugged all day. Response time is unacceptable. Multiple times; walking past the nursing station, the nurses were constantly on their phones during several different visits. Accountability is not upheld at White Oak. If you care about your relatives, find a legitimate care facility that will give extraordinary care to its patients. At the very least, choose a facility that will provide above average care instead of sub par care.
The staff is very personable and the nurses and those that care for my mother-in- law are very friendly and seem to love their job. They seem to care about the patients as well. The place is also where my mother and father stayed years ago when disabled. I would give a 5, but the rooms really need a good remodeling. The amount it costs to keep them there should warrant an update in the rooms. I think the rooms should be more like the rehab side. But that doesn’t take away from the good people who work there.
