Visited a family from out of town and was truly disappointed at several things I observed. Kitchen staff was very rude. Meals they serve are a joke. Breakfast was cold. Portions would not fill a stomach of a young child. Staff that was working appeared to be medical staff that could not get hired anywhere else. I am sure they are qualified in the medical field but their unprofessional appearance made me think I was in a tatoo shop not a medical facility. This facility itself is in major need of renovation. It just proves someone at the top is getting fat and happy. Please if there are other options available for your loved one let this place be your last choice for any medical services. Hopefully my loved one is not there too much longer.

My mother seemed pleased so that meant a lot. The staff had lots of smiles which always promotes a positive atmosphere.
The westwood nursing home is a clean place and what I thought about the nurses there they are nice at the least that my mom has is. They are friendly to visitors. Thank you for taking care of my mom.
I really couldn’t even rate this place a one. Went there over a family member and come to find out no meds were given and vitals were awful. Over the phone everything was supposedly in good range. BIG FAT LIE. I was then there to witness that they hadn’t cleaned them up from a bathroom accident. They were just letting them lay in it. I took it upon myself to change them and get them cleaned up where I had to USE 16 WIPES to remove the feces off where they didn’t clean them up. Saying they were giving all medication and came to find out they were lying about that. Was very very rude with me as I was trying to remove my family member out of there to receive the help they required. Building smelled of feces and urine. VERY VERY UPSET with this place is an understatement. I wouldn’t let my toenail be left in their care much less my family member.
