I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I have visited many senior living communities and this one truly stands out as one of the best. The staff are so friendly and the facilities are clearly well maintained. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.
Westside Garden Plaza has really exceeded my expectations. I’ve been very happy with the leadership team there and them helping my loved one be as happy as they can with the big move to a different home! Thank you for everything y’all do!
My grandmother was placed here for a short while after an injury left her immobile during recovery around March 2023. I have just found out recently (she was afraid to share while she was stuck there still) that she was mistreated while staying there. When she rang her bell for bathroom assistance in the evening, it could be anywhere from 10-40 minutes when someone showed up to assist and one aide begged her not to call her for help anymore. The aide told her to urinate on herself to sit in it in her bed all night and she would clean her up in the morning. She told her “all my other patients will tell you I clean them up real well” so this wasn’t a one-off and she is even proud of this treatment. I can’t speak to the whole staff but my family’s experience here is alarming and should be investigated.
