A family member has been at Westport for a couple of months. When I first came to the facility to complete the admissions paperwork the facility was bright and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The care she has received has been very good and staff have worked with her and involved her in the fashion show they did and helped her to feel good about herself. This facility is much cleaner than other facilities I have been to and the staff and doctors go beyond. Thanks for making this a very positive experience.

Staff members are very nice and my mother in law loves it here and they treat her so well Felicia goes above and beyond for her. We are always greeted when we get there and all the staff members have a good attitude and are so friendly. This is definitely the cleanest facility I have seen and the cleaning crew does a great job. Thank you for helping our family feel welcomed and for making an old lady feel beautiful again ❤️ Also thank you to Odesa for all you do as well :)
A nice welcome is within any facility’s purview but the ability to grasp the complexities and subtleties of a super-challenging case, take the wheel and guide the direction in a positive, reassuring, and immediately superior way takes a special level of excellence in an organization. It is with great relief that my loved one and I can recommend Westport Rehab RVA.

When visiting my friend at Westport I was greeted by a friendly staff member who guided me to check in, then directed me to my friend’s room. His room appeared to be clean & tidy. The meal he was served looked delicious and plentiful. When I walked in the physical therapist was talking to him and she seemed friendly and pleasant as well.l
