Attended a mtg today with the Director of Nursing, Director of PT, and the Social Worker to discuss my Mom's health plan. These 2 ladies were ready and prepared well to know my Mother's daily activities. They provided so much info that I was quite impressed by their knowledge and a recommended plan moving forward. Everything was laid out completely. I am more than pleased. Thanks for all you do!

So absolutely grateful for the staff at Westmoreland! My uncle received the most attentive care. Leanne, the administrator, was an absolute pleasure to speak with! She made us feel comfortable with everything and answered every question we had.
I’ve been a resident here for approximately 18 months. I’m happy to report that I have been treated very well by the staff and receiving professional and proper care and support. The facility is very clean and rehab facility is friendly and competent. My medication is dispensed as directed and doctor appointments outside of facility are arranged as needed and transportation provided. My room is clean and comfortable and a very nice outside patio area is a plus Many activities are provided and occasional special activities are included. Showers are provided on a schedule so everyone gets at least Two showers per week and comfortable bed baths almost daily My only downside comments concern the dining room and kitchen! Most of the times it’s acceptable but a wider variety of food items and maintaining the listed menu would be better.
Good evening my uncle Roy Allison was a resident at your nursing home and when I came to visit him he looked so happy. I could tell he was getting the best care. Thank you all for everything you did for him it’s greatly appreciated.
My mother is currently a resident in this facility after sustaining serious injuries in a car accident and needing rehabilitation. The doctors, nurses, therapists, faculty and staff have been wonderful! When you go in, your greeted by friendly people who genuinely seem to care about their facility and their patients. It is a well lit facility that is clean. Alexis helped us so much when we were trying to have my mother moved from a terrible place in Richmond. She went above and beyond helping us! ALL OF THE NURSES ARE FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one needing care.
