Moving to Westminister Village three years ago was the best decision I have ever made. I love my apartment and never having to worry about maintenance or paying for utilities and cable. There are so many activities that my calendar is always full of stuff to do. My favorite thing about living here is the great staff and all the friends I have made.

My wife and I moved into a cottage just before the pandemic hit us all. Management arranged for vaccinations, made free deliveries of meals ordered from our dining services and have worked diligently to get the staff needed for our support services. They are responsive to our requests for services and the social interactions with other residents make this an ideal place to spend the rest of our days. While sometimes overwhelmed with demands from inside and outside the facility, I consider the staff's caring attitude and efforts to make us happy and comfortable to be outstanding. I love this place and the people who live and work here.
My father and stepmother moved here for independent living, then into memory care. The staff, from the executive director on down, has been phenomenal in both living situations. The rooms and apartments are very nice. I’ve also witnesses a real sense of community between the residents, as well as the staff.
October 22 is my 6th year anniversary of moving to my Village. It has been a great experience, both in acquiring a "family" I was not looking for, ways to use my talents as much and as often as I want to, comfort in knowing my care will continue if/when I need it, awesome staff... quite content!
I talked to Mia Streett about my grandmother being placed, she told me she had a bed available, I scheduled an appointment for my uncle to tour, he toured property and we wanted to proceed. I asked Mia what information she needed from me, I gave her all the information she needed. She told me she need my grandmother clinically note, I called the doctor and they told me to have Mia fax them what she needed, and I provided Mia with the fax number to fax doctors office what she needed. She never requested information from the doctor, she wouldn't answer my calls or email.
